I know most were disappointed by their first fight and neither really looked great on the night. Chilemba did well to frustrate and occasionally outboxed Bellew but generally was pretty inactive and his defensive mindset maybe cost him the victory, while Bellew perhaps stepped off the gas and didn't put enough into it late on to really force a win.

Isaac Chilemba was reportedly unwell before so presumably should be fresher next time out and I'm sure Tony will have his own reasons for failing to live up to pre-fight expectations.

I think it's an interesting rematch. With both on the fringes of world level, a convincing win for either could set up some big fights later in the year.

How do you see their May 25th rematch going?

Having rewatched the first fight it seemed to me that Tony's corner weren't offering him the best advice. I think Tony had another gear which he didn't use in the first fight. This is a must win fight for Bellew, and I see him leaving everything in the ring this time and pulling out a hard fought UD.

I think Bellew did about as well has he could tbg, and if either of them could have improved it was Chilemba. I still thought Chilemba won so I'm going for him to win the rematch more convincingly. Can't see a Bellew win, the first fight really showed to me how limited he is.

I'm looking forward to it, strangely, both men have more to offer than they gave in the first fight. Whoever wins, I'm hoping for a decent fight and less controversy over scoring.

Bellew needs to do something dramatic, in my opinion, he makes for such boring fights a lot of the time.

Yeah I tend to agree with this, although I do think Bellew has a bit more to offer than showed in the first fight.

Aye, commentary was shite. I think I had it 117-113 to Chilemba.
I think I had it very similar. Even if I was to be extremely biased I don't think I could find enough to credit Bellew with a draw.

My thought on the rematch is that I'm bored by it. I've had about enough of Bellew whinging on about how unfair the world is, how Clev is that and that, how Warren didn't do right by him, how he was robbed in with Clev and how he's proper world class - then he gets anywhere near the foothills of it and manages to combine boring and crap in one performance, not once but twice. There are two things I don't like to see together in a sportsman: boring and crap. Audley was often a bit crap, but I didn't find it boring, so I had fun. Mayweather has, on occasion, been very boring, but far from crap so I could appreciate it. There are many more examples of both. Bellew, however, has unified the crap and boring titles, so put that together with the whining about how unfair life is in between fights and I'm sick of the sight of him.

Chilemba 1 reminded us of the points at which Bellew runs into the limits of his talent (too early, incidentally, to have a prayer in with Dawson), but he got the inevitable dodgy hometown decision in getting a draw.

I have an annoyed feeling that he will go one better in the return and get a dodgy, hometown win on points, while I will have scored it by two or three to Chilemba (whom I have a sinking feeling won't be much good in this one, thereby giving the judges an in to give it to Bellew) but frankly on merit on a level playing field I think Chilemba wins it, and I really hope he does as I'd love Bellew to bugger off out of it.

Agree largely with what Simon said.

I don't think Bellew is anywhere near as good as he thinks he is, a massive whinger and has a bit of a twattish side to him. He was a bit gobby early in his career, started to speak well and win me over but then just seems to have these moments in him where he acts the absolute cunt.

I liked the first fight :conf

I think Bellew is a better boxer than he is a bomber. The first 6 rounds against Cleverly, he completely bossed the fight and outboxed Clev. I think if he does that against Chilemba, he wins. If he goes loading up again, looking for one shot, he is going to get picked off with ease (again) and be comfortably out pointed.

I'm glad this is on the Froch undercard
