Frank Warren is considering licensing September's world title fight between Ricky Burns and Kevin Mitchell with the Luxembourg Boxing Federation (FLB).

The promoter used the FLB to sanction the heavyweight fight between David Haye and Dereck Chisora on Saturday after the British Boxing Board of Control refused.
Warren has not always seen eye-to-eye with the BBBC during his 30-plus years as a promoter and sees no reason why he should not continue to take the FLB route instead.
"I'm actually debating it," Warren said. "I'm actually thinking about where to go with [Mitchell vs Burns].
"We did save money [using the FLB]. Their sanctioning fees are nowhere near [the same as the BBBofC's], and it opened my eyes.
"I thought 'wow, I've never thought about this side of it'. And the boxers also saved money as far as sanctioning fees are concerned, so it makes you wonder."
Annoyance
Warren also called for the BBBC to be brought out of the 'dark ages', adding that chief Charles Giles must go.
In an open letter in The Sun, Warren wrote: "I wish to put my annoyance - after 32 years as a licence holder - on record at the way boxing is run here.
"The current leadership is killing boxing and I, and other upset licence holders, want drastic changes so we can drag the Board of Control out of the dark ages.
"I am calling for Charlie Giles, the president and chairman, to be replaced.
"The outstanding candidate for the role is Lord Coe, a previous steward, who has done such a marvellous job organising the Olympics."
A reported 30,000 fans turned up at Upton Park on Saturday night to watch Haye beat Chisora, a fight the BBBC felt should not take place following the pair's misconduct at a Munich press conference in February.
