I can't remember his name but he was foreign I think and ended up basing himself in the UK. He had a fairly average pro career losing nearly as many fights as what he won. After he retired he was the heavyweight champion or super heavyweight champion for the IBA for a long time but I think he's retired now. Does anyone know who I'm going on about? I think as a pro he fought at light heavyweight or cruiserweight.

I think he's talking about the Unlicensed IBA.

I've never heard of them. I wonder if big Larry is thinking about hooking up on a circuit like that as his power will make him a force in the unlicensed game

Yeh its the unlicensed IBA that they often have at the circus tavern. I may ring the IBA up and ask them.
