He probably has changed the name because he's about to liquidise the company, W. Promotions sounds much less recognizable.
Warren changes company name and Files Accounts
Boxrec News have just published the fact that Frank has changed his company name from Frank Warren Promotions Ltd to W. Promotions Ltd.
Does seem strange to change such a well known name in the Boxing World to such an uninspiring new name.
The accounts are fairly dismal reading though, showing a defecit of over £3.66 million. Let's hope that things pick up for the newly named company in 2013.
