Yes C , Jack Britton one of the greatest Welterweights of alltime had 344 bouts in which aside from a beginning 4 round bout was NEVER STOPPED in 340
fights...So Harry Greb with 300 bouts, Maxie Rosenbloom with 299 bouts and Jack Britton with 344 fights had a TOTAL of 943 fights and NOT ONE
was on film ! Simply Amazing I say...

While I don't know much about the ways fights were recorded back then - what qualified to have one recorded/filmed? Surely they were considered top names of their day - I've heard of all 3 fighters, considering I DKSAB in general, that says a lot.

Were there any instances of fights filmed but lost?

Jay,who is to say why these 3 great fighters have NO film of them in a bout...? While so many of their lesser known opponents have films of them fighting...
Probably just one of those odd mysteries that have no answers...
