What does "world class" mean to you?

Some geezer with very white teeth on youtube gives a rant about boxing pundits that use the term "world class" too freely.

What defines "world class" to you in boxing terms? Simply holding or competing for one of the numerous "world" titles? Being genuine top 10 rated in a certain weight division?

Let's have your views on this..

Proving competitive for a period of around two/three years at the top of a division and I don't mean being ranked number 15 by the IBF o some other bullshit, I mean literally mixing it with guys in the top ten of the division regardless which sanction they are under.
