Some geezer with very white teeth on youtube gives a rant about boxing pundits that use the term "world class" too freely.
What defines "world class" to you in boxing terms? Simply holding or competing for one of the numerous "world" titles? Being genuine top 10 rated in a certain weight division?
About top 10 in any division, even if it's a poor division, if the no 7 guy beats the Lineal Champion, then he has to be world class, but past the top ten the likelihood of anyone being able to do that is slim.
