Just watched the fight there and I think sergio put on a clinic against a tough, bigger opponent who never stopped coming. He got sloppy and Julio nearly made him pay in the final round but he sucked it up and survived. Julio was game but looked bewildered by martinez's movement and speed for the larger part of the fight.
I know sergio will probably be out for a while with injuries but where do you want each fighter to go from here?

Personally I'd like to see sergio take on golovkin as that would be a real shoot out.

Julio can rebuild against a macklin or such at middleweight but the fight I really want to see would be either at a catchweight or super-middle and thats JCC jnr versus Kelly Pavlik. Guarenteed War if you ask me.

Sergio put some miles on the clock last night imo. He needs a break then like you I want to see him fight GG.

JCC needs to move up. God knows what he weighed last night. I think a fight with Brian Magee would be a good baptism at 168 for him. Belt on the line and a good payday for Magee.

I want to see Chavez-Froch at 168, and Sergio-Mayweather at the full 160 limit within the next 12 months.

Martinez will be out for a while with his torn ligaments and broken hand.

I just worry what that last round may have taken out of him. He is 37 now, and after a long lay off, he may age a bit.

Jr - Macklin is an obvious one with both on the same bill. But I wouldn't mind seeing chavez in with Geale, Golovkin, Chocolate or Pirog if he stays at the weight. But I think he moves up now. Jr vs Pavlik, Kessler or even Bute would be fun

Good point about how much a wild last round, injuries and a layoff might hurt Sergio. His style won't age well
