Boxers who we're looking like good prospects, contenders etc and just disappeared.

Guys like Ricardo torres who was in quality bouts with Cotto and Kendal Holt, in which he signed for the third and then just retired for one reason or another. Although he wasn't going to be a superstar he still had a lot to give imo.

Lately Matt Korobov has just completely gone under the radar, no one gives a shit about him yet a few years ago he was considered one of the best prospects in the sport after a brilliant amateur career.

He retired as well, I think he was with Don King and was held from fighting for over a year so just said stuff it - or something along those lines

I believe he is fighting on the unlicensed circuit now? Has been scheduled to appear on a couple of cards since his last pro fight (in 2009!), but nothing has materialised thus far. Probably only Area level, but he could've been involved in some entertaining fights.

I was talking to his mam not long back and he was fighting through Blackpool in December i think. I think he has given up on the pro circuit as he probably makes more money unlicensed and doesn't have to go out selling tickets for a spot on the card. Never seen his two losses, heard people say they were dodgy. He was a good amateur, very pleasing style to watch.
