Part wants retire, part wants mayweather rematch just to see if he can do anything better.

But I can see PBF going for a stoppage which I don't really want to see.

Retire on top of the world is the best bet.

Might be a bit controversial but I think a fifth installment has potential, assuming the knockout hasn't ruined Pacquiao.

1. It was an emphatic victory/KO but prior I regarded it as possibly Marquez's weakest performance against Pac up to that point.

2. Pacquiao has given Marquez rematches to try and even the score so if Pacquiao wants it, maybe Marquez should do the same

3. Another Pacquiao loss, especially if it was another KO would unambiguously mean retirement, "three strikes and your out" and all that shit.

4. I'm not saying Marquez was on PEDs or not, but some are, and if a rematch involved proper drug testing protocols (VADA etc), the doubters would regard it as a "clean" fight, and people generally would be intrigued to see what difference there is. Marquez himself might be hurting from unfair allegations and want to prove he wasn't cheating.

5. It's Pacquiao and Marquez FFS, the gift that keeps on giving. Two great fighters fight, they both make a ton of money and fans could end up witnessing another classic.

If I was JMM I would want another crack at Mayweather. Money would be huge.

As a fan I'd like to see him have a farewell fight in Mexico, against someone like Bradley.

I hate Amir, but not even I want to see him executed like that.

Is JMM with Top Rank? If so Matthysse/Marquez is highly unlikely.
Yeah shame, I'm probably pissing in the wind but I hope now with the Mayweather/Pac fight is dead in the water and the money it would have generated lost, It might spur GB/TR to work together a bit more?

In reality hes fighting Pacquaio again, that's pretty much a given, this time Pacquaios team will ask for blood testing and both fighters will look shot to shit.
although id like to see both bow out now, id say this is what will happen next

While it would be delightful to see him have a run at 140 and perhaps attempting to clean out some of the bigger names there like Matthysse and Rios, I doubt that's exactly realistic. There's not many fights he's going to get himself quite that motivated for and time isn't exactly on his side either.

Honestly I'd probably prefer if he hung them up now, he's gotten the vindication he craved and there isn't much else for him to prove really, not at this stage anyways. Either that or some kind of "farewell fight" in Mexico. Be it a "big" fight or a Fedchenko-esque encounter.

co-sign... i bet floyd will wanna fight him again now though
Imagine if he beat Floyd in a rematch. Wouldn't happen but shieeet, imagine how he'd be seen if he KO'd Mayweather like he did Pac last night... Surely Marquez is gonna want a bit of that when he's currently on such a high. Wouldn't be surprised if this got made.

A fight with Garcia would be sweet. Then there's a 5th Pac fight, Matthysse, Rios etc. There's lots out there if he wants it.
