It's something mentioned about Carl Froch quite a bit, that he'd have been more suited to 15 round fights due to how he often comes on strong late in fights.

Who else today would perhaps get on better if championship bouts were still allowed to the longer distance?

Martinez can be a late goer at times. Whether thats because he has to pick it up late or conditioned to do that I'm not sure but he picked it up late in Macklin, Barker, Murray, Pavlik and Williams I - for most of them 12 was enough but maybes from better boxers the 15 round would come in handy for him.

15 rounds for the Chavez fight wouldn't have done him much good.

I was actually thinking this the other day, maybe Burns would benefit? He is supremely fit

Mayweather would thrive on it. He always looks fresh after 12. I would say he would have far more stoppages to his name too

I think Matthyse would have won comfortably against Judah and Alexander over 15 rounds. Not in a handicap match though. I know that the Alexander fight was a 10 round fight but it struck me that Lucas approached it like a 12 rounder.

Imagine the state of Margarito after 15 rounds with Pacquiao.
Probably wouldn't have lasted the full fifteen. I reckon the ref would have pulled him out, eventually.

Calzaghe would have loved this a few years back. Mayweather, definitely.

Hopkins?
