I expect Patrick Neilson v someone like Kerry Hope in the card, but who will be the main support?

I bet it is Alexander v Brook

Quigg Euro defence?

I'd be very very surprised if Alexander-Brook is main support. I do hope for a good undercard but bear in mind that HBO as it stands are doing a joint telecast of Froch-Kessler and Pascal-Dawson. Putting expensive fights on the undercard like Brook-Alexander would be pissing money away if they weren't covered by American TV.

I could see Frampton definitely, Barker possibly, Rees if he doesn't get stopped by Broner or take a beating.

I'm being massively optimistic but I think something like this would be brilliant and achievable:

Carl Froch v Mikkel Kessler

Darren Barker v Gregory Proksa (couldn't be arsed to spell him name properly) or Tony Bellew v Karo Murat/Allan Green

Carl Frampton v Takalani Ndlovu

Khalid Yafai V Jason Booth

Eric Ochieng v Sam Webb

Then a couple of prospect v journeymen types to get the ball rolling.

I'm not sure they'll go that route with it already being a sell out and some of the fights being able to sell themselves but I think they'd be missing a trick not to get some of the lads some big time exposure even if it means missing headlineing a show themselves.

I don't think it'll be a great undercard, but I think with Eddie promoting his first show on ppv they might be keen to make sure there's a relatively decent bill to back up the main event.

Because it's on champions league final night, I think Sky will probably start at 10pm. They've said that Froch/Kessler will take place probably around half 11 so there's room for one or two other fights on the tv part of the show. I think the untelevised card will probably feature the usual likes of Ochieng, Ryder etc then I think they might have Yafai open the ppv (to build hype for him), then if maybe Frampton or Barker as a sort of co-feature.

It'll be interesting to see who's on it but I wouldn't be too optimistic.

My money is on a Tony Bellew final final eliminator for the WBC. Maybe another Brook eliminator with Alexander pulling out.
Can't see Brook taking any chances with an eliminator level fight, all he needs to do is sit tight to get his title shot. Bellews somehow number 1 with the WBC as well so he doesn't need that type of fight either.

 Chatty just pulled out a Rob Palmer fantasy card!
Its not that bad - i did say it was a bit optomistic though.

Take out one of the Bellew/Frampton fights and its a firly sub-standard card with no real names on it barring the main event. Booth is a journeyman now so him v Yafai wouldn't be a bad shout for a decent fight

No one really knows who Ochieng/Webb are so it would be a good fight to showcase.

I can see Frampton in a stay busy fight if he beats Martinez while they look for Quigg down the road. Maybes not Ndlovu but someone like that who would be easy to buy/make and wouldn't be a big threat, whilst still looking decent on paper.

The second line is probably the over optimistic one tbf.

Rob had Quigg-Frampton as chief support last week.
:patsch

Over a year ago Hatton laughed off a 50k offer for Quigg. Fast forward a year, Quigg is now an interim WBA champ and is ahead of Frampton, how much would it take? 100k/200k? Then Frampton will want the same too. You're looking at least 200k for an undercard fight where the main eventers are pulling in a shitload. No chance in hell.

(no Palmer)

And a fight that could headline its own card for Hearn when he's concerned about meeting Skys 20 fight cards a year contract, also if Kessler-Froch needs to be PPV to pay the fighters purses would you then add an expensive chief support to compound the problem?
