Over - Danny Garcia.. Struggled early on with a 107 year old Morales in their first fight.. Khan would of beaten him 120 -108 x3 if he could take a punch/or have half a defence. Those two fights aside he's done jack shit.
Garcia would most likely be my 2nd choice kahn was really having the better of him

just the fact that alvarez has had what 40 fights at 22 and the only name of merit is an ageing mosley ok he dominated but i'd like to see him get in with a proper top name

I know where you're coming from with Alvarez.. He's looked mostly decent with who he's fought against.. But hasn't fought a real world class fighter in his prime.. Every time I've seen him get into the ring the result of his fight has been obvious before hand.

To say Cleverly is the most underrated boxer currently might be a bit much, whats he done to deserve that? He's got two good wins over Murat and Bellew, but there's fighters out there that don't get credit for bigger achievements, I'd say Mares is underrated tbf, Matthysse as well. If he'd rightly got the wins over Judah and Alexander he'd surely be in most peoples' p4p top 10s

Omar Andre Narvez is certainly under-rated, especially by those who only saw his bout with Donaire. The guy is a freakishly skilled guy who is tiny even at 115.

Igarashi is probably the guy I feel is most over-rated but that's because Ring have him as their champion despite him really only being the third or fourth best fighter in the division. He beat the man who beat the man, though Jaro was, in all honesty, the man in the right place at the right time.

Most overrated currently is without doubt Broner, one, yes ONE, good win against DeMarco, he's been on the right side of TWO robberies, he really ain't that good

Under- cant think at the moment but maybe Carlos Molina? (The L.Middleweight not the horrifically out of depth lightweight khan opponent)
cracking shout, hes basically got wins over JCC Jr, arguably Mike Alvarado, Erislandy Lara, Kermit Cintron and James Kirkland, yet only the Cintron win is recorded on paper, hes possibly the number one l.middle at the moment

Yeah I was shocked by the Lara one, I was thinking "there's no way either can get robbed, who can gain from it?" And Lara, who always gets robbed, got a gift haha

Actually that reminds me, Maciel is very under rated. He gave Pirog hell and I imagine he'd do the same to anyone at 154, arguably a division he's better suited to than 160.
