Thought it would be interesting to see if there was a common theme her, but who are your top ten favourite active fighters, regardless of talent or level, in order?

For me:
1. Carl Froch
2. Guillermo Rigondeaux
3. GGG
4. Lucas Matthysse
5. Lee Selby
6. Paulie Malignaggi
7. Manny Pacquiao
8. Matthew Macklin
9. Ola Afolabi
10. Sergio Martinez

Honourable mentions to: DPDL, Jamie Cox, Lawrence Bennett, Eddie Chambers, Abner Mares, Nonito Donaire

Jamie Cox because you're from Swindon, yeah?
Kind of ye, i got into boxing when he turned over as he's quite a big deal here so me and my mates first started watching boxing on the shows he headlined plus he makes for fun fights. Since then through myself boxing I've got to him as an acquaintance, and Lawrence Bennett is another fighter I know and have trained and sparred with and know and is a very useful cruiserweight

:good

Good stuff.

I'm going to take a punt off the top of my head, no particular order;

1. Lee Selby
2. Gary Buckland
3. Carl Froch
4. Golovkin
5. George Groves
6. Donaire
7. Leo Santa Cruz
8. JMM
9. Matthysse
10. Sexy Sergio

Might drop one for Fury.

Not ranking them, and not picking people I know but...........

Gavin Rees, Lee Selby, Miguel Cotto, Mikkel Kessler, Nathan Cleverly, Matthew Macklin, Tyson Fury, George Groves, Carl Frampton and Bernard Hopkins.

Honestly struggled to find ten then.

Compared to five years back, there are very few fighters I'd wait up til 4am to watch these days.

No order other than Mijares at #1. This is just off the top of my head though, could drastically change almost daily really.

Cristian Mijares
Miguel Acosta
Nonito Donaire
Leo Santa Cruz
Gary Buckland
Adrien Broner
Roman Gonzalez
Sid Razak
Miguel Cotto
Andre Ward

Shout out Joseph Agbeko, Omar Narvaez, Andy Lee, Ishe Smith, Wilfredo Vazquez Jr, JuanMa, Ponce, Moruti Mthalane, Erick Ochieng. Any of those could replace a few on that list.

1. Juan Manuel Marquez
2. Manny Pacquiao
3. Carl Froch
4. David Haye
5. Jean Pascal
6. Sergio Martinez
7. George Groves
8. Lamont Peterson
9. Abner Mares
10. Wladimir Klitschko

But it's one of those things where my list would probably change every day.

Mentions to: Saul Alvarez, Austin Trout, Marco Huck, Ola Afolabi, Eddie Chambers, Paulie Malignaggi, Matthew Macklin and everyone else I've missed out. Oh and Tim Bradley.

Fuck, forgot Miguel Cotto! He'd probably still be number 1 if I felt he had much left to offer.

5. Choi Tseveenpurev

9. Rafael Marquez
10. Suriyan Sor Rungvisai

That was done with very little thought.

1. Bernard Hopkins
2. Abner Mares
3. Rafael Marquez (I guess he's still 'active' though I'd like to see him retire)
4. David Price
5. Derry Mathews
6. Edgar Sosa
7. Jamie McDonnell
8. Nonito Donaire
9. Carl Froch
10. David Haye

I'd probably come up with a completely different list if you asked me again tomorrow but those top 3 are locks. Rafa would probably have been 1 or 2 in his prime, I just find it sad watching him now. Still get nervous/excited though!
