:deal

Their fans will start crying when they send them to fight in china on a Spanish TV station  :rofl
That is what happens when you don't risk a little. Titere a G but you'll never hear me complaining about him not headlining cards or getting primetime exposure.

If greats like Marquez had to adapt to make it to the big stage what gives these other guys the right to be prime time without risking anything?

I don't find most fighters boring... But going by your definition, I believe fighters definitely earn the right to fight however they choose and still have their loyal fans tune in.

Every fighter has the right to be boring no fighter owns anyone but himself anything. The issue is just whether you are popular despite being "boring" you either need to be exciting outside the ring or have something that makes you fighting alone a spectacle (like Hopkins with his age)

All fighters absolutely have the right to fight however they think will best work for them, regardless of how boring it is. Especially since they're the ones risking their lives in the ring.

The only thing I hold against guys is when they just come in and don't make any effort to win at all. Like Akinwande vs Lewis or something along those lines.

Define "boring."
Boring to me is a fight where neither guy engages

One guy wants to engage and the other won't

Poor style meshes that wind up in clinch fests and awkward fights

I don't mind tactical fights but there's a difference between hit and not get hit and not take chances at all

I can't call a great a great or complete fighter if he can't see a guys defensive posture and solve it

But I don't fighters as obligated to be exciting at the end of the day it's about money and preservation but that doesn't mean I as a fan have to pay money to see it
