He's mandatory, but that doesn't mean that they'll take the fight. Chisora probably would take it, but I don't see any way for him to win, and I'm sure Warren would rather take a different route to a potential fight with Wladimir.

Pulev is likley to vacate.

I'd rather Chisora didn't bother with the belt if its a weak opponent assuming Pulev vacates, Charr would have been a decent fight but he's scheduled to fight on the 28th.

Lots of good fights out there for Chisora, hope he gets Wilder.

I'd like to see chisora fighting for a vacant European title
When you look at some of the previous holders of that belt like Harrison and Sosnowski then del is due some silverware to be ranked at that level at the very least
It could also be a good fight,pulev is likely to vacate as he is in position for a shot at the winner of wladimir povetkin so if chisora faced off with one of the many decent European level heavys we have today and frank won the purse bids it could be a nice recognition of chisoras hard schedule
