better reserve my vote i 'd say that kid has a shot, should be a fun fight to watch
Unless Lomachenko has been affected by age and the layoff, he will put on a clinic. Lopez has nothing other than some athleticism. I'd pick Luke Campbell to beat him.

Yeah i mean not saying loma is rusty or something, but if this kid can keep the pace with the matrix we are in for a special threat here

The first few rounds should be interesting at least, Lopez' best chance is to catch him with a big shot before Loma finds his rhythm.

I think the time off benefits Loma as a restorative period to fully heal up. Can't see the layoff helping Lopez at all; a young fighter needs to fight & his momentum from his win over Commey has dissipated. He's been doing a lot of yakking & I expect that Loma is going to humiliate him.

Oct 17th can't come soon enough.

BTW even though they just signed they knew weeks upon weeks ago that it was going to happen because from today it's only 5 weeks to fight night. Add in 1-2 weeks of tapering off and there's only 3 hard weeks of training left so they must've been at it full steam for a couple weeks now.

I give the nod to Lomachenko in this one. The guy is one of the most complete fighters I've ever seen in the ring. I really can't find any fault in his style.

He has some of the best footwork I've ever seen, can hit an opponent from any angle, moves opponents where HE wants them, packs power and is always in excellent condition.

So the brits have to pay for the fight while the US gets it for free?

that's pretty messed up.
It's always been like this. Some countries have ppv, others show it for free. When Americans were paying for Floyd vs Pacquiao, it was shown for free in Romania - just like dozens of other PPV fights.
