Seriously what the fuck. I just remembered how much Sky have been plugging Carl Froch recently as well.. and they put Adrien fucking Broner ahead of him

The paragraphs they've got for each boxer are too funny as well. This is my favourite line: "Pac Man has been in more big fights than Muhammad Ali and Sugar Ray combined" :rofl

Broner ahead of Froch, JMM at 7?!

The comments section is even worse
"nice list but MAYWEATHER THE P4P KING no doubt even if he fight Pac and loses he still the best"
My god!

They've done a domestic list now too.. http://www1.skysports.com/boxing/news/12040/8288947/British-P4P-rankings

1. Froch
2. Burns
3. Haye
4. Khan
5. Cleverly
6. Brook
7. Macklin
8. Bellew
9. Quigg
10. Murray

Not a bad list but this quote about Martin Murray made me laugh:

"Rising from virtual obscurity to force a draw with WBA champion Felix Sturm, Murray immediately put himself in the running for the list. He has been largely avoided since then, while a proposed title match-up with Julio Cesar Chavez Jr foundered owing to Murray's previous brush with the law. Visa problems are not expected to be an issue if he gets a mooted shot against Sergio Martinez in 2013"
So avoided he's been lined up for fights with JCC Jr and Martinez

I feel with sky's P4P rankings it's really just who is trending now or who is currently active and flavour of the month or fighters that are featuring on sky sports soon or in the near future.

I predict should brian magee beat mikkel kessler on the 8th then he will appear in the next installment of this P4P thing. likewise if kessler wins he'll move into a spot in the lower half of the table.

I'm not sure how P4P rankings are calculated, worked out and rated? could someone explain more on this thing it's the one thing I have absolutely no clue about in this sport.

its just a subjective list on who you think are the best fighters in the world regardless of weight, in order. no specific criteria, but generally h2h ability and record seem to be dominating things, but its entirely your choice
