As this is a fresh start to the same game, I'm creating a separate thread to the British Boxing Forum version.

Llama Promotions is now back, with 4 Indian lads, 3 of them from Mumbai which is a good start. None of them great, but with the tweaks in this version of the game, it should be possible to go far even without ridiculous power or iron toughness

Started with 4 Iranians, a couple are alright. Gone for one of the guys who I had on the beta test but someone else has bid on him now as well, if I don't get him the guy who does is going on my foe list :lol:

theres absolutely no Indians who meet my minimum requirements apart from two other start ups with v3 and Collie's Heroes. going to have to lower the standard just a bit

I noticed because my four starter fighters are from there, went to look at the pros from there and there are none, just four other amateurs which I guess is another start up promoter

Yes We Can is up and running with 4 Russians from 4 different provinces, Mastermind is also back with 4 Kenyans from Nairobi. can only afford 2 fighters for each promotion and have put some bids out, happy with Kenya as a starting region.... not so much Russia, never liked Russia from V1.

New Belpit Promotions started in Nigeria. Going to severely downsize my v1.0 promotions before concentrating much on the new world though.

I have one starter who looks like he could be national-champ tier someday. The other three are junk...

I noticed because my four starter fighters are from there, went to look at the pros from there and there are none, just four other amateurs which I guess is another start up promoter

it looks like fighters from this country and a few others such as Singapore were also slow to generate in v1.0. However 0 in 13 years of generated history is taking the piss a bit.

I'll have a look at how more fighters can get generated for these countries.

you will notice quite a few Not for Sale types in this game. I have tried to make it harder to buy your way to success, so as at around October 2012, all world champions were signed by AI and made not for sale, along with a number of other high class fighters. Any fighters who became world champ / high class after this date will still be available, but I do plan to put in a change at some point so that the game signs certain fighters under long contract for AI to keep a non-player presence in the top 50 of all orgs.

i think there will still be bargains to be found at national / sub continent level though. Signed the Indian CW champ for Llama and he looks decent

worse...it wasnt running at all. for some reason the auto scheduling ran at 7.30am and then didnt run again.

should do, although this doesnt always work in v1.0 either. not sure if we tested this during beta though.

next time you make a bid on a fighter can you PM me in the game and I will make a min bid on the same fighter to see if you get a notification

So I got my guy from the beta test, Jan Plassmeyer. I have next to no money left but really happy with that as his stats are superb

@Gash7 i have checked and the mandatory challenger is under contract offer. remember when you try sign a pro who isnt in a fight, the offer due date is 3 days in the future.
