Not sure he could beat Tyson in a street fight there are very few boxers who could guys like Foreman yes but Holyfield? not only was his style pretty good for wild brawl with emotions involved but he was also dirty as fuck himself he regularly hit opponents with elbows, he never stops punching, he tried to break McBride's arm with an overhook in the clincha la Jon Jones and he fought plenty of times as a kid on the street. On a sidenote: I know he's too classy to ever be caught up in one, but Evander is one of those boxers I always wanted to see in a street fight. As rough as he fights in the ring I bet that translates well on the streets.
Have a gang of street thugs jump Evander and just watch him drop motherfuckers left and right, headbutts galore, pick fools up and throw them onto the hoods of cars. Evander feared no man. He'd be an absolute beast.
I'd bet an entire years salary he could kick Tyson's ass in a street fight. Ear bites allowed and everything. :bbb
 Fuck that... even after all these years there are still people who think of Tyson as some kind of mythological unbeatable beast. Which he obviously wasn't.Not sure he could beat Tyson in a street fight there are very few boxers who could guys like Foreman yes but Holyfield? not only was his style pretty good for wild brawl with emotions involved but he was also dirty as fuck himself he regularly hit opponents with elbows, he never stops punching, he tried to break McBride's arm with an overhook in the clincha la Jon Jones and he fought plenty of times as a kid on the street.
In a boxing fight Mitch green went 10 rounds with tyson in a street fight he ended up like this

MMA fighters or kickboxers those who have other weapons beside punches match up better vs Tyson someone who could take him down, or knee him in the clinch or even kick him especially with shoes but for someone who relies on his hands Tyson was one of the worst eprsons int he history of mankind to fight in a weaponless fight.
Of course Tyson was beatable but so was Holyfield and anyone else. Tell me who you wouldn favour to outbrawl tyson? Seriously tell me. Yeah Holyfield's headbutts had Tyson crying so much ....that he decided to bite Holyfield's ear off like seriously which was worse in a streetfight tyson could have done that within the first minute. Fuck that... even after all these years there are still people who think of Tyson as some kind of mythological unbeatable beast. Which he obviously wasn't.
Look how easy it was for Holyfeild to out muscle Tyson in the clinch and back him up. Tyson actually tried that armbar move in the 2nd round of their 2nd fight and Holy flung him aound to the opposing ropes like a rag doll.
And those headbutts had Mike crying out in agony. Imagine a street fight where Evander could use his head as a battering ram as freely as he wants.
All Mike could do is lay a bitch bite on Evander to get him off of him. Make no mistake about it, in a street fight Evander bends Tyson over and makes him his bitch. :deal
Motherfucker, are you writing an essay on street fighting? I'm not reading through a that shit. :lol:Of course Tyson was beatable but so was Holyfield and anyone else. Also he didn't just outmuscle tyson yes strength was involved but Holyfield is one of the best conditioned athletes of all time and one of the first who made weigthlifting in boxing popular.
Holyfield also used leverage tysons tood straight up in clinches while holyfield brought his center of rgavity lower and properly pushed tyson was never comfortable in the clinch (why I think that some kickboxer would knee the shit out of him in a street fight esepcially since he always ducks low).
Holyfield went at tyson but he did so because he respected power not because of the opposite going straight at tyson and pressuring him was SAFER than fighting "safe" Holyfield had huge respect of Tyson's power.
Holfield the first time around tried Tyson out and broke him mentally and stopped his forward momentum by pushing him backwards but it's unlikely that a fight goes that long on the street. Also in a streetfight there is no ref to break a clinch if Holyfield doesn't let go when clinching there is like a 100% chance that Tyson would try to rip Holfield's ear off for good or blasts Holyfield with elbows Tyson LOVED elbows int he clinch he did it in fights all the time when the other guy clinched but he had to be careful with it so that the ref wouldn't see it.
Seriously tell me how many boxers had a style suited better for the street than Tyson or even how many boxers could outbrawl tyson in a boxing ring?
Kickboxers and MMA fighters match up better with tyson especially huge ones with a clincha nd knees someone like Semmy Schilt would probably beat tyson in a street fight and knee the shit out of him but for a boxer he was a horrible fight maybe someone like Valuev who's just really really huge could use his size but Holyfield? 40 year old Foreman rocked the shit out of Holyfield when Holyfield decided to trade with him and so did Bowe and even bert cooper. Hoylfield never exchanged for more than a few seconds with tyson before he clinched
Lennox lewis would also do great ina streetfight he was really big, had pwoer and was dirty himself he loved to pullt he other guy's head down and blast him with uppercuts and other punches
No Tyson would win because he's more aggressive, just as dirty as Holyfield but probably even dirtier, has better uppercuts, better headmovement and probably more streetfighting experience. Dirty fighting in boxing and dirty fighting on the street or even MMA are different because in boxing it is also about how well you can disguise those tactics and how well the dirty tricks are adaptable to a sport where you can't use the in an obvious way. Headbutting someone in the clinch is doable with a referee elbowing as wlel but not as easily and tysons till managed to get 1 or 2 good elbows in in most fights and biting someone's ear off is really impossible without a referee noticing but guess what on the street tyson wouldn't care less about who sees what he's doing, no referee would break a clinch and I think we don't need to argua about tyson coming up on top if the 2 of them just stood infront of eachother and started to brawlMotherfucker, are you writing an essay on street fighting? I'm not reading through a that shit.
Listen, the argument you're making that yiu think Tyson would win because he's more of a 'badass' has no merit. Because in both their fights we had grabbing, pushing, shots after the bell, headbutts, armbars, ear bites... that's about as street fight as a boxing match gets. And who came out on top? Yeah, that's right. Evander "The Real Fucking Deal" Holyfield. Educate yourself, son.
It would be fucking hilarious if that happened in real life.
I once read that this scene was improvised. Harrison Ford was very ill and drew his movie gun and Spielberg loved itLets be real here, this is America, land of the semi-automatic gun:
