If Pac had kept his mouth shut, he'd still have his belt.

Was fascinating watching them feint each other and set traps, not a great fight but a great performance by Mayweather.
Yeah this.

Both always thinking 2 or 3 steps ahead and just relying on muscle memory to be explosive.

Seen a lot of moaning on Facebook already about the 'shit' fight.:fire

Casuals can fuck off.
I don't mind the casuals that much but what pisses me off is with these superfights is you can ask any boxing fan and they'll tell you beforehand it won't be great fight in the ring. Everyone already knows that before the fight but they're all still get pissed when the fight isn't a war.

Then you get almost guaranteed action fights like Matthysse/Provodnikov and no one wants to know.

I scored it 117-112 to Mayweather. He clearly won but don't think people should be harsh on Pacquaio, virtually anyone who doesn't lose by shutout think they win a fight immediately afterwards.

I've always said to beat Floyd you've got to be able to physically impose yourself on him like Castillo, De La Hoya & to a certain extent Cotto & Maidana did. Manny couldn't do that 5 years ago let alone now.

I just think it's a massive shame that Floyd doesn't have a single win over a great near there prime.

De La Hoya came too late through no fault of Floyd's.

Marquez was two divisions away from his prime at the time.

And all of Cotto, Mosley & Manny came years too late for which most of the blame goes on Floyd.

The annoying thing for me is I think he'd have probably bet them all regardless but it certainly counts against him.

Just imagine if instead of taking 2 years out after Hatton he'd have fought Cotto, Mosley, Margarito & Williams.

What a resume he would've had.

Cotto & Mosley both turned down the Maywearher fight a few years before those fights eventually took place. Pacquiao also rejected terms he eventually accepted.
