Booker will be out of here in 2 or 3 rounds. Tucking up and taking some big licks. Stationary, high guard. Hrgovic needs better feet imo. A nimble heavyweight could trouble him I think.

Hrgovic a 6-7/10 overall. I'd like to see him a few kilos trimmer and get lighter on his feet.

Poor performance by Hrgovic. Booker is slow as a turtle, but despite the KD, was absorbing whatever Hrgovic threw... and then, the fight was over. Not sure what was the purpose of this fight. Warm up fight? Shake off some ring rust? Again, not sure if Hrgovic would get past someone like Chisora. Looks limited. Throw him in with Wallin or some other decent contender now rather than padding his record with meaningless wins.
Was looking forward to see Ortiz too. Ended before it started! Will be interesting to see who Ortiz fights next and where he goes. Gatekeeper I guess.

As good as Haney seems, he just doesn't seem to have that special something that will make him great. I don't know. Can't put my finger on it.

I believe the version we saw of Leo Santa Cruz last weekend could have beaten the Haney we saw tonight. He may even have outboxed him in the first rounds. And yes, he doesn't have that power or any other X factor, including the boxing skills to win UD over 12 rounds against the division's elite fighters. A very good boxer for sure, but right now that division has too much talent. But boxing is business too, so he'll land a good bag in a unification fight, which a lot of people would like to see. Not sure if it could be a ppv though. Due to the lack of that X factor that could even out the odds a bit more.
Gamboa is so incredibly shot to pieces. It's almost funny.
