K2 say Vitali has an injury now despite not even being in camp. Purse bids for the fight have been called of for a 4th time. Vitali hasn't had a fight since Manuel Charr in September last year.

He needs to be stripped. He maybe genuinely injured, but its too long to mess people around for and not fight. I think he is now far more committed to politics than he is to boxing.

I think he wants one more fight, if he was to retire he would have already done so and the injury excuses just make me think that even more.

I reckon he'll want a big last fight and the winner of Haye/Fury could provide that...

The WBC won't strip Vitali because of his political standing. They invented the bogus 'champion emeritus' title, just to give him an immediate title fight, which shows you the lengths they'll go to to keep him happy. They didn't do anything when Vitali broke their official rules regarding ring size either. The WBC will bend over backwards to keep Vitali happy, so it's unlikely they'll strip him of his belt until he retires.

Is he "ducking" Bermane Stiverne? Who ducks Bermane Stiverne?
A 40 something full time politician, with a history of injury problems, as it's clear he would have no potential scheduling conflicts at this point in time. He's clearly ducking that well known wrecking machine Stiverne.

"Waah! WBC is corrupt!! Waaah!!! Boxing needs a heavyweight champion who isn't a Klitschko!!!! Needless exclamation marks!!!!!"

I was not aware that Vitali holding one iota of political standing within boxing- care to elaborate? He has been given favourable treatment but I cannot see what you are getting at, some kind of boxing conspiracy.

So Klitschko can cancel 4 purse bids and not fight for a year?
