Against low level opponents I don't think Shavers did better knocking out men than Tommy, so I doubt Shavers has a power advantage.
Tommys hook versus Ruddock was just as impressive as Shavers his OH right on Holmes also. And Tommy was certainly the sharper hitter.

I don't really know who hits harder you're probably right but if they are about the same power wise I give Shaver the advantage punching wise because he has the mentality that he needs a knockout and would look for the knockout he has more of a punchers mentality knowing that it's his only chance Morrison would play it safe and not risk too mucha gainst someone with Shaver's power (if he fights smart)

oh jesus what a crappy pathetic shit forum.. still these muppets had the balls to argue that morrison did hit harder.. i guarantee you that shavers was naturally "the bigger man" he was pure frame, he had huge hands, and morrison was built in a gym, he was packed of muscle, shavers was naturally bulker i don´t care about the weight, pinklon thommas weighed 217 pounds and foreman weighed 217 as well for the frazier fight, would you say that thomas was as big as foreman? bullshit... the weight proves shit.. shavers weighed 210 pounds in his prime in 6´0 of height and he was natural, morrison was packed of muscle at 225, he was more a natural 215 pounder in 6´2 of height, morrison was taller, but shavers was naturally bulker and "bigger"and the chin of shavers was simply better, he was stopped yes.. but lyle. quarry,holmes .. did hit him once and again and again i tis not exactly a glass chin.. morrison was seriously hurt by a single shot from a bum, it is a 50/50 type fight, shavers could ko morrison with a single shot.. morrison was not a master of the defence neither.
