McCallum would beat hopkins I think, real competitive fight and I think hopkins would revert to his dirty tactics and make this fight look ugly when he realizes that McCallum has few flaws to capitalize on

shit, even his loss to kalambay was thoroughly entertaining
True. Both high quality chess matches those fights.

No doubt McCallum is proven against better opposition at MW. But aside from Jones, Hopkins never had any rivals good enough to test him before he got old.

In the end, though, Hopkins never beat anyone as good as McCallum, while I do think that both Kalambay and Toney (whom I had McCallum beating in the rematch) were comparable to Hopkins in overall quality.
toney would beat hopkins

He's one of those....
I'm one of those. I think. I have no firm opinion on this match, and think in terms of skill they match up rather well.

Not what I meant old friend.

I think you know what we're talking about.
I think you think I know what we're talking about, but I think you don't know what I think I thought I knew.

I-...I think that you thought you didn't know what you knew but you knew it via inherent knowledge of the subconscious mind but wrongly and consciously believed that you didn't know it. And through that legitimate belief, you claimed something which was neither true nor a lie. So, what I'm trying to say is that I forgive you for not knowing what you know and inadvertently non-truth telling a falsehood believed to be fact.
