Buncey being a Warren stooge


damn he is good at his job


combined thinking the Chisora BS stoppage was "slow motion"


Boxnation need to reevaluate keeping this idiot on their channel

if they want a yes man they need a better convincing one !

Bunce has long been an idiot. A completely socially inept, insensitive retard as an interviewer, not at all impartial as journalist and incapable of having the balls to form an opinion of his own. He'd take your opinion as gospel, spread it across the land and give you a reach-around every day of the week so long as you line his pockets.

I like Buncey, even during his Boxnation bullshit, I always gave him a chance. But he was being an utter fucking pleb tonight. He can't judge things with his own mind anymore, he's completely owned by Warren and bows to his contract and let's his bias get in the way. Can't get behind that, really can't. I find Buncey absolutely intolerable when he's not hosting with Lillis, strangely enough. I like when he's in the studio guiding the show, but when he's stood there ringside as a pundit, he's an absolute mug.

Perhaps, but it was never quite so obvious until now. He might as well have been wearing a sign that said "company shill."

I used to actually like the guy, as at least he was energetic & seemed to have a genuine love for the sport. No longer.

This fight has really changed how I feel about a LOT of things. I guess it's the straw that broke the camel's back, but I find myself just disgusted with everything. Past the point of excuses, or justifications, or redemption.

When a dedicated boxing channel was first mooted the fans were screaming out for Buncey to be involved, and God gave us Boxnation and Steve Bunce, and then for a while he got lots of love for his Boxing Hour and punditry, but something changed and Steve became a shell of his former self. The glory days were over, Bunce became a shill. Remember when Bunce was a one-man commentary force for an 8 hour long show in Eastern Europe? Remember when he compared the movements of one fighter to that of a man walking through a treacle curtain? That is the Steve Bunce we know and love, and that is the Steve Bunce we want back.

Bunce is bad, but Lillis is worse.

They're like boxing's version of Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond (albeit fatter and balder). Bunce acts like a twat and Lillis looks up to him in awe, giggling and agreeing along with everything he says.

I might dig my 'Bring Back Bunce' t-shirt out again and start wearing it in an attempt to bring back the Steve Bunce we loved.
