You haven't selected any TV coverage looking at the logs.
The only time it goes from (not qualified) to No TV Coverage is 6 days before the show.

if you did select it when booking the show, it could have failed straight away and not allocated any tv coverage. but this would have been obvious from the start. i.e. there wouldnt have been any time when you looked at your show and it said <broadcaster name> - Not Qualified. it would have just said No TV Coverage straight away, at which point you would have cancelled the show and tried again.
always a good idea to check the show before booking fights.
but as i said, as far as i can see from the logs and historical data, no tv coverage was ever selected

Would it not be automatic if you have a world title fight and national titles on the show??? Every fight on card is for a title...

No, there is not and has never been automatic TV coverage. It always has to be selected on booking the show.

Fight simulation keeps failing which is a pain. I've had to rerun it around 8 times in the last couple of days.

@Rooq I have made a colossal mistake! Just arranged a mandatory fight for the sub continental West Asia belt for Farhan Rabbani at Lightweight, and because it had gone to purse bids I didn't get the prompt that he may lose his status with other sanctioning bodies.
He's now been stripped of his position as mandatory to the WRBA championship! Absolute schoolboy. If I cancel the West Asia fight is there any way he can be re-instated or has the chance now gone?!

Sorry mate, too late now as new eliminator will have been called. You could always ask the promoter of one of the champs for a voluntary shot, explaining your mistake.
Hello all - sorry to any I have hacked off. Been in Portugal and decided not to play from there, this time, as felt I needed a proper break. My promotion's now a shambles but I'll have a look and see if I can salvage anything, and reply to messages. Sorry.
