We have seen it so many times where joe Gallagher states his man won't face lundy/fielding/Murray/selby because they are past them or close to a title shot so don't need them.
I know it's been said that he used this tactic to push up the payday for Antony crolla and so effectively himself with John Murray, but on others he categorically states his man won't be fighting the expected opponent, much to the bemusement of Eddie Hearn who looked dumbfounded on Saturday night in the Callum smith interview,as well he might when the biggest 2 scouse derbys around have been talked down and dismissed by Gallagher and Paul smith.
Now Gallagher has a winning run of 50 odd fights at the moment and some were tough fights,quigg-Munroe,smith-buckland etc.
So does he have a say as I believe he is also manages his fighters as well,or can Hearn overrule him and say 'no,crolla is fighting lundy'
